About the role
This part‑time position supports the daily flow of goods in a busy store environment. You will work four hours each weekday, helping to keep the store organised and ensuring customers receive their orders promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and record incoming stock using the store’s inventory system.
- Open the door for couriers and customers, providing a friendly first point of contact.
- Prepare and dispatch items for customer orders.
- Occasionally deliver or collect items to and from customers in Crawley using the company van.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work area throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Reliability and punctuality for a regular four‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Ability to follow basic health and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills for interacting with couriers and customers.
