About the role

Join the Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar team at Pan Pacific London as a part‑time waiter, working 20 hours per week. You will be the face of the lounge, delivering personalised service to guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service in line with Ginger Lily and Pan Pacific standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain full knowledge of all cocktails, premium spirits, wines, champagnes, beers, non‑alcoholic drinks and bar menu items.
• Offer beverage pairings and recommendations to enhance guest enjoyment.
• Greet and engage guests warmly, handling feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Prepare the bar and lounge area before service, ensuring all mise en place is ready.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, wines, champagnes, beers and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Understanding of bar menu preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, garnishes, allergens and presentation.
• Ability to recommend beverage pairings.
