Partner Level Tax Accountant – Build and Lead Your Own Team

About the role

We are seeking a Partner‑level Tax Specialist to join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing accountancy practices. This senior position offers full autonomy to build and lead your own tax team while working with a diverse portfolio of complex client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice across corporate tax, personal tax, capital gains, inheritance tax, VAT and cross‑border structuring.
• Lead technically complex client engagements, ensuring compliance and identifying tax optimisation opportunities.
• Advise on corporate transactions, restructurings and business growth strategies.
• Recruit, mentor and manage a high‑performing tax team.
• Develop your own client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and expansion plans.

Required profile

• ACA or CTA qualified with extensive tax advisory experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record in client‑facing and team‑leadership roles.
• Ability to operate autonomously at a partner level.
