Partner Success Executive

About the role

The Partner Success Executive will act as a trusted extension of CyberOne and its partners, helping partners and their clients realise maximum value from CyberOne services while building long‑term strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Customer Success in delivering a world‑class partner success function, including renewals, service enhancements and client retention.
• Engage regularly with partners both virtually and face‑to‑face to understand client requirements and align CyberOne services.
• Identify and drive growth opportunities for partners through CyberOne security solutions.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Operations and Technical teams to support onboarding, fulfilment and customer requests.
• Manage escalations, provide clear communication, and produce service reports and performance updates.

Required profile

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational, administrative and commercial awareness.
• Experience in customer success, managed services, cyber security or IT services.
• Proven ability to work with partners such as MSPs, VARs, systems integrators and telcos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and business systems.
• Experience using Monday.com for operational tracking.
