Partner – Technology M&A & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Partner to build and lead a Technology M&A and Transformation practice within a boutique advisory firm in London. The role combines business development, project delivery and thought leadership for private equity and corporate clients, focusing on IT M&A, cybersecurity and AI‑enabled digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Technology M&A and Transformation practice across the UK, securing new mandates from private equity funds, corporates and scale‑ups.
• Lead and deliver high‑impact engagements covering technology strategy, cybersecurity, performance improvement, carve‑outs and post‑merger integration.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and entrepreneurship.
• Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to strategic thought leadership.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in IT consulting, transaction services or a top‑tier advisory firm.
• Proven track record with private equity clients and senior IT stakeholders in large corporations.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen and project management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑border environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
