Partnership Manager – NHS Accounts (South England)

About the role

Medstrom Ltd is seeking a commercially‑driven Partnership Manager to develop and grow key NHS relationships across the South of England, covering Southampton, Portsmouth, Brighton, Dorset and London. You will manage existing Medstrom accounts and identify new business opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key NHS accounts, meeting KPIs and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across Trusts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and executive sponsors.
• Deliver solutions aligned to customer needs and objectives.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing contracts.
• Track performance metrics and analyse product usage to drive improvement.

Required profile

• Strong senior account management experience, preferably within medical devices.
• Extensive contract/service management experience at a senior NHS level with proven results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to grow existing accounts and identify market opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence.
