Partnerships & Engagement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Partnerships & Engagement Manager to drive growth by building relationships with financial‑service organisations and guiding them through a complex onboarding journey. You will sit at the intersection of growth, partnerships and marketing, helping shape our new brand positioning as we expand into insurance, pensions, investments and wealth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with banks, insurers, investment firms and other financial‑service organisations.
• Identify and engage new partners, guiding them through onboarding, including dormant‑account handling, governance and internal approvals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deliver campaigns, events and outreach activities that generate interest and conversions.
• Represent the organisation at industry conferences and networking events, promoting the brand and its mission.
• Support the company’s re‑branding effort by shaping messaging for new market sectors.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services, public sector/regulatory bodies, or charities/NFPs with external engagement.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, influence decisions and build trust quickly.
• Comfortable navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder processes and delivering solutions with patience and problem‑solving.
• Self‑starter who can create structure in ambiguous environments and thrive in a small, collaborative team.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
