Parts Advisor – Automotive Dealership

About the role

We are recruiting an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy automotive dealership in Watford. The role involves supplying parts to the workshop, trade and retail customers while maintaining high service standards and efficient stock control.

Key responsibilities

• Supply vehicle parts to the workshop and front‑counter customers.
• Handle incoming parts enquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Order, book in and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Identify correct vehicle parts using manufacturer systems.
• Support technicians and service advisors with parts requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and invoicing.
• Assist with stock checks and department organisation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
