Parts Advisor – Gatwick

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy dealership serving the Gatwick area. The role involves supplying parts to both workshop and retail customers while ensuring a high level of service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supply parts to workshop and retail customers.
- Identify and source the correct vehicle components.
- Manage stock levels and assist with stock control.
- Process orders, invoices and respond to customer enquiries.
- Collaborate closely with Service and Workshop teams to guarantee parts availability.
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade (preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Good IT and administration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
