About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our growing automotive team in Chorleywood. This role offers a great opportunity to develop a career in the automotive sector while working closely with both internal teams and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle internal and external enquiries regarding parts.
- Receive, dispatch and price parts promptly and professionally.
- Assist with stock management and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Utilise specialised computer programmes to process orders.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to ensure seamless parts supply.
- Support import and export procedures as required.
Required profile
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Fully IT literate.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

What we offer
- £35,000 salary plus a bonus scheme.
- Full‑time permanent contract (40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday with rotating Saturday mornings).
- 22 days paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
