Parts Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join a busy accident‑repair bodyshop in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per year, a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with a Saturday rota, and full training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly respond to customer and internal parts requests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Provide advice and support to customers and colleagues regarding parts.
• Assist with parts sales, promotions and handle phone and email enquiries.
• Report stock damage or losses immediately to management.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organised work area in line with health and safety standards.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Support inventory management and stock‑control processes.

Required profile

• Previous automotive parts experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Full, clean driving licence (preferably with a valid licence).
• Physical capability to handle parts.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing within the automotive sector.
• Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
