Parts Advisor – Premium Automotive Dealership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join a prestigious premium automotive dealership in Stockport. You will be a key member of the Aftersales team, ensuring that the workshop and customers receive the correct genuine parts quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Order and supply genuine vehicle parts for scheduled work.
• Liaise with technicians, Service Advisors and customers to resolve parts enquiries.
• Check parts availability, pricing and delivery times.
• Process parts orders and invoices accurately.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and organise the parts department.
• Communicate with manufacturers and parts suppliers to secure timely deliveries.
• Deliver the high level of customer service expected in a premium dealership.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a main dealership, preferably within a premium automotive environment.
• Organised, commercially aware and confident when dealing with customers, technicians and suppliers.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £26,000 with a £7,000 bonus pot (OTE £33,000).
• Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm schedule with occasional Saturday mornings paid as overtime.
