Parts Advisor – Progression to Manager

About the role
Join a fast‑growing automotive parts business as a Parts Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking motor parts, providing expert advice and helping them find the right components.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in‑store and over the phone, recommending suitable parts and upselling additional ranges.
- Process orders and ensure parts are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Support day‑to‑day branch operations, including stock handling and administrative tasks.
- Work Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00 and alternating Saturdays 08:00‑13:00.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive sales role.
- Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
- Ambition to develop into a management position.
