Parts & Consumable Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Parts & Consumable Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end purchasing for a fast‑growing automotive manufacturing business in Warrington. The role will shape procurement strategy, secure supplier agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source, negotiate and contract with suppliers to obtain optimal terms.
• Monitor supplier performance for quality, reliability and compliance.
• Analyse market trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier agreements.
• Resolve supplier issues and disputes promptly.

Required profile

• Proven procurement experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Good understanding of procurement policies and regulatory compliance.
• Able to analyse data to drive cost efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software or systems.
