Parts Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established automotive dealership seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead a busy Parts Department. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong dealership parts experience, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of growing both retail and trade parts sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Parts Department team to achieve objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and profitability.
• Manage stock control, inventory levels, manufacturer returns and parts procurement processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trade customers while identifying growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, gross profit margins and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Service and Workshop teams to ensure parts availability and smooth after‑sales operations.

Required profile

• Previous dealership Parts Management experience (essential).
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and departmental performance.
• Proven leadership and team‑development skills.
• Experience in both retail and trade parts environments.

• Basic salary £40,000 with OTE £50,000+ via a performance bonus scheme.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week.
