Parts Sales Executive – TPS (Leeds)

About the role

Join the growing TPS business in Leeds as a Parts Sales Executive. You will support independent garages and bodyshops by providing high‑quality genuine Volkswagen Group parts, helping them service and repair VW, Audi, SEAT and ŠKODA vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales Manager and the centre team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate parts, and ensure accurate order processing.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional B2B customer service, building strong relationships with garages and bodyshops.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Confident communicator comfortable with fast‑paced or telesales settings.
• Team player motivated to hit individual and collective goals.
• Excellent attention to detail and record‑keeping.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
