Part‑time 7.5‑tonne Driver (up to 5 days/week)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Part‑time 7.5‑tonne driver to support our clients in the South East England region. The role is temporary and flexible, offering between one and five days of work per week depending on workload.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the vehicle before each journey and record any defects.
• Pack, load, secure and unload goods up to 25 kg.
• Deliver items to customers on designated routes, obtaining signatures or confirmations.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatchers and report any issues.
• Provide courteous, professional service to client customers.

Required profile

• Valid 7.5‑tonne driving licence with CPC card and digital tachograph.
• Commercial driving experience with a clean record (no more than 6 points, no DD/DR/INT endorsements).
• Own transport for commuting to work sites.
• Ability to start early and lift objects up to 25 kg.

Required skills

• Operation of a digital tachograph.
• Vehicle inspection and defect reporting.
• Load securing and safe unloading techniques.
