Part‑time Administrator – 32 hrs/week, Canary Wharf

About the role
LycaHealth is seeking a part‑time Administrator to provide a welcoming front‑of‑house service and support the smooth operation of its healthcare department. Working 32 hours across four shifts, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, families and visitors, maintaining a friendly and professional reception area.
- Schedule appointments for patients, doctors' secretaries and external staff, both in person and by phone.
- Maintain up‑to‑date patient medical records in line with consultant records.
- Liaise with consultants or their PA teams to obtain accurate information and records.
- Handle telephone enquiries, bookings and voicemail following company standards.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a high‑end healthcare environment.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
