About the role
We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Administrator to join a busy office in Gosforth. Working three days a week, you will support daily operations and ensure smooth administrative flow.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments.
- Manage correspondence, maintain organised records and filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling, coordinating meetings and booking rooms.
- Handle internal and external inquiries with professionalism.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of office operations.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive, friendly attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but enthusiasm to learn is essential.
