Part‑Time Cleaner (Facilities Management)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our facilities management team on a part‑time contract. You will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for building occupants and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping and polishing surfaces.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations at all times.
• Use colour‑coded cleaning equipment correctly and safely.
• Operate cleaning machinery safely following training and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to building users.
• Report any maintenance issues, damaged equipment or safety concerns promptly.
• Complete all tasks to a high standard within agreed timeframes.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a positive attitude.
