About the role
We are seeking a reliable part‑time Cleaner/Housekeeper to maintain a private residence in the Toot Hill area of Essex. The role involves keeping the home clean, tidy and hygienic, working on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. This predictable schedule offers a stable routine for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- General household cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas.
- Basic ironing duties for household linens and clothing.
- Emptying waste bins and ensuring proper disposal of rubbish.
- Tidying rooms, making beds and arranging furniture as needed.
- Occasional deep‑cleaning tasks such as window washing or carpet cleaning.
Required profile
- Proven experience in domestic cleaning or housekeeping.
- Own reliable transport to reach the residence.
- Trustworthy, hardworking and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Willingness to provide references upon request.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
