Part‑time Cleaner

About the role

This part‑time position involves keeping commercial premises clean, tidy and safe for staff and visitors. You will work independently while being part of a supportive team that values high standards of hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum designated areas on a regular schedule.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens and communal spaces to a high standard.
• Empty bins, dispose of waste responsibly and replenish supplies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, report any malfunctions or shortages.
• Ensure all surfaces remain free from dust, dirt and stains.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning.

Required profile

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet designated timeframes.
• Good physical stamina for manual tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable, professional attitude and basic knowledge of health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required skills

• Operation of standard cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, etc.).
