About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our Southport pub kitchen on a part‑time basis. You will help bring our menu to life, supporting the team in a fast‑paced environment while developing your culinary skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking according to menu specifications.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
• Learn and follow kitchen procedures, health and safety standards.
• Help deliver hot, high‑quality dishes consistently.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar chef role or a willingness to learn kitchen operations.
• Ability to work well within a team in a busy setting.
• Passion for delivering great food to specification.
