Part‑time Cook – Residential Care Home

About the role

Shaftesbury is seeking a part‑time Cook to join the team at Ashley Place, a residential care home on the seafront in Bognor Regis. You will prepare nutritious meals for residents, respecting a wide range of medical and dietary requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and serve meals for adults with disabilities and other residents.
• Ensure all food meets specific dietary and medical guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Work collaboratively with care staff and independently when required.
• Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
