Part‑time Customer Service Advisor – BMW & MINI

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for BMW and MINI owners at our Bromley contact centre. You will handle inbound telephone and online enquiries, arrange service appointments and support the after‑sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and transfer inbound calls and online enquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Record customer details and requirements in the system.
• Book after‑sales service appointments and allocate work to the appropriate workshop teams.
• Provide customers with estimates in line with company pricing policies.
• Make outbound calls to confirm part arrivals and arrange convenient booking dates.
• Collaborate with Service Team Managers and Sales Teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of BMW and MINI product ranges, service packages and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
• Organised and able to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in an automotive or call‑centre environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow company procedures.
