Part‑time Customer Support Representative – Swindon

About the role

Lloyds Banking Group is looking for a part‑time Customer Support Representative to work in its Swindon branch. You will join a team that delivers face‑to‑face assistance to customers across Lloyds and Halifax branches, with the possibility of later moving to remote channels such as phone, web‑chat and video calls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient face‑to‑face service to customers in the branch.
• Handle a range of enquiries, from everyday banking queries to more complex issues.
• Support customers through multiple channels, including phone, social media, web‑chat and video advice, as the role evolves.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Genuine, honest, and caring attitude towards helping people with their finances.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick, positive relationships.
• Flexibility to work 28 hours per week, including Saturdays.
