About the role
We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a well‑established nursery in Fulham on a part‑time basis. The role offers family‑friendly hours that fit around school drop‑offs and pick‑ups, providing a supportive environment for both staff and children.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and facilitate specialist activities such as ballet, football, and French.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Support children’s individual interests and developmental goals.
Required profile
- Full Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Passionate about children’s wellbeing and learning.
- Understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
- Enthusiastic, caring and reliable.

- Family‑friendly hours: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 am‑2:00 pm.
- £1,000 bonus after 3 months and an additional £1,000 loyalty bonus after 12 months.
