Part‑Time Evening Team Leader (2 shifts/week)

About the role

Join KFC in Cobham as a Part‑Time Evening Team Leader. You will work two evening shifts per week, leading the front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth operations and delighted guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team on the floor, setting the pace and driving performance.
• Coach, support and celebrate team members to help them develop.
• Manage stock checks, shift planning and other back‑of‑house tasks.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and safety.
• Achieve restaurant targets and uphold KFC brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing or leading a team.
• Strong people skills – able to motivate and keep the crew focused.
• Calm under pressure and capable of making quick, smart decisions.
• Own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s licence (required for the location).

Required skills

• Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Stock management and inventory checking.
• Shift scheduling and staff rota planning.
