Part‑time Field Interviewer (Door‑to‑door)

About the role

Join Ipsos as a part‑time Field Interviewer, conducting door‑to‑door surveys in the Blackburn area. You will work on pre‑booked 6‑hour shifts, choosing the days that suit you while helping businesses understand local opinions.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned neighbourhoods using your own vehicle (business insurance required).
• Approach residents at their doorstep, invite them to participate in short surveys, and record responses on a company‑provided tablet.
• Follow Ipsos’ training and scripts to ensure consistent data collection.
• Submit completed surveys and mileage receipts for reimbursement.

Required profile

• Valid UK driver’s licence and appropriate vehicle insurance.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and putting them at ease.
• Ability to commit to at least 12 hours per week, scheduled in 6‑hour blocks.
• Interest in community issues and market research.
