Part‑time Hotel Staff – Harlow

About the role

Join Greene King’s vibrant hospitality team in Harlow as a part‑time Hotel Staff member. You’ll work across three to four shifts a week, delivering warm, memorable experiences to guests while supporting the smooth operation of the front of house.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them into their rooms and provide local recommendations.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean and legally compliant front‑of‑house environment.
• Assist with drink service and ensure every beverage is prepared to high standards.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the venue running efficiently during scheduled hours (Mon‑Fri 09:00‑14:00, Sat‑Sun 10:00‑14:00).

Required profile

• Enthusiastic willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team‑player spirit.
