About the role

Join the friendly team at Travelodge Cambridge Swavesey as a Part‑Time Hotel Supervisor. You will lead a small team to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and rooms meet the brand’s gold standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure high‑quality guest service.
• Train, coach and schedule team members across all shifts.
• Monitor room preparation, cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the management team in achieving performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
