Part‑time Housekeeper – Care Home (Otterbourne)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable part‑time Housekeeper to join our care home team in Otterbourne, Hampshire. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents living with dementia and other care needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home.
• Ensure resident safety and privacy while performing cleaning duties.
• Manage cleaning supplies, store them safely, and keep stock levels adequate.
• Report any hazards, repair needs, or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow COSHH, health and safety regulations, and Brendoncare policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a domestic assistant or cleaner in a professional setting.
• Flexible attitude to working hours and reliable attendance.
• Caring disposition towards older people.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals.
• Ability to follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
