Part‑time Housekeeping Supervisor – Cambridge

About the role

This part‑time position leads the housekeeping operation two days a week in a well‑established hotel in Cambridge. You will ensure high cleaning standards while enjoying regular Wednesday and Thursday shifts, weekly Friday pay, and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards.
• Organise daily task schedules, lead morning briefings and allocate work areas.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning products, linen and guest amenities.
• Liaise with Front Office on room status and report repair issues to Maintenance.
• Support the team to achieve a 20‑minute turnaround per bedroom when required.
• Lead by example, including performing room attendant duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Availability to work every Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility for additional cover.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Strong work ethic and pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Room attendant experience is a plus.
