About the role

Join Travelodge in Teddington as a Part‑time Housekeeping Supervisor. You will lead and train a small team to keep guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas spotless, while fostering a supportive and fun work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the housekeeping team.
• Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain quality control.
• Communicate clearly with team members and coordinate daily cleaning schedules.

Required profile

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and delivering feedback.
• Ability to work part‑time hours on‑site at the hotel.
