Part‑Time HR Advisor (20‑25 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a Part‑Time HR Advisor to join our client in Chertsey. Working 20‑25 hours per week, you will manage day‑to‑day HR activities, ensure compliance with UK employment law and support the employee experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations for the UK business.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal HR policies.
• Support employee relations and handle absence processes.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration, preparing data for external providers.
• Maintain HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management and receive remote support from the Group HR Director.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Experience managing employee relations and absence procedures.
• Ability to prepare payroll information for external providers.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and confidentiality standards.
• Proactive, independent, detail‑oriented with strong communication skills.
