Part‑time HR Advisor – 4 mornings/week

About the role
This temporary, part‑time position supports the HR function in Central Milton Keynes for four mornings each week (Monday‑Thursday, 9 am‑1 pm). The role initially covers a six‑week sick‑leave gap with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR‑related queries from employees and managers.
- Execute general HR administrative tasks efficiently.
- Prepare and support the upcoming ISO audit.
- Collaborate with the Parent Company’s HR Consultant to ensure policy alignment and compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an HR advisory or similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort with handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HR regulations and standards, especially those related to ISO audits.
