About the role
Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate Humanities Teacher to join a lovely school in Christchurch on a part‑time basis (three days per week) starting in September. The role is temporary with the potential to become permanent, offering the chance to teach both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging History, Geography and related Humanities lessons for KS3 and KS4.
- Develop schemes of work that align with the national curriculum.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learner needs.
- Collaborate with a supportive teaching team.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at both KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Strong knowledge of art and design with a passion for sharing it.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
