Part‑time Key Holder (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Key Holder to join its Norwich store. In this 20‑hour per week position you will help bring the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor, ensuring smooth store operations during key trading hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead and motivate Stylists, supporting them to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence in leading a shop‑floor team.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support store management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
