Part‑Time Lecturer in Childcare (T‑Level)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Lecturer to deliver our T‑Level in Childcare at a further‑education college in Buckinghamshire. You will inspire learners who are aiming for careers in early years and primary education, helping them progress to employment or university.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality teaching sessions, using up‑to‑date vocational knowledge.
• Motivate students and raise their aspirations through enthusiastic subject expertise.
• Support learners to set and achieve challenging goals, fostering independent learning.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment and manage student behaviour.

Required profile

• Significant industry experience in childcare, early years or education.
• Strong passion for learning and student development.
• Innovative teaching approach and comfort with digital learning tools.
• Teaching qualification not mandatory – we provide support for transition from industry.
