About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time nannies to care for children in Ealing and surrounding villages during the afternoons. The role is ideal for anyone seeking flexible, rewarding work outside retail or hospitality, with the chance to engage in fun activities and support homework.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children after school, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Plan and lead outdoor activities, trips around Ealing, and indoor games.
• Assist with simple meals, baking, and snack preparation.
• Help with homework and encourage learning through play.
• Maintain a tidy environment and follow family routines.

Required profile

• Genuine love for working with children and a positive attitude.
• Availability in the afternoons, typically after school hours.
• Reliability and ability to follow instructions from families.
• No formal qualifications required; experience in babysitting, volunteering, or informal childcare is a plus.

• Hourly rate from £12.25 to £14.75, inclusive of holiday pay.
