Part‑Time Night Auditor – London

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Ibis London Stratford. This part‑time position ensures smooth overnight operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑of‑day accounting, balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports.
• Verify and reconcile guest accounts, resolve discrepancies and handle credit‑card payments.
• Provide front‑desk service during night shifts, including check‑ins, check‑outs and guest inquiries.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and staff.
• Generate and distribute financial and operational reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest issues.
• Monitor room inventory and open the breakfast buffet for the next morning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or similar hospitality role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic accounting knowledge and ability to work independently overnight.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in hospitality preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OPERA Cloud hotel management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
