Part‑time Optometrist – Sundays in Swindon

About the role

Vision Express is seeking a qualified optometrist to work one day per week – Sundays – in our Swindon store. You will join a well‑established team, using fully equipped test rooms to deliver high‑quality eye care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using OCT and Auto Phoropter equipment.
• Provide clear diagnoses and recommend appropriate corrective lenses or treatments.
• Contribute to the commercial performance of the store by meeting sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues, sharing ideas and supporting the team environment.

Required profile

• Qualified and GOC‑registered optometrist.
• Strong clinical expertise with the ability to build patient confidence.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support store performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OCT imaging technology.
• Experience using an Auto Phoropter.
