Part‑time Picker – Retail Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Picker to join our Tunbridge Wells store. You will help keep the shop well‑stocked and ensure customers receive their orders quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, checking quantities against orders.
• Verify product quality, shelf life and packaging integrity before items leave the store.
• Process deliveries efficiently to meet daily targets.
• Maintain tidy shelves and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to customers throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible part‑time hours in a fast‑moving environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Required skills

• Handheld terminal operation for order picking.
