Part‑Time Picker – Warehouse Operations

About the role

This is a Part‑Time role where you will ensure customers’ needs are exceeded while working across various store areas. No two days are the same – you may fill shelves, serve at tills, manage stock, or pick deliveries, all aimed at providing quick and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal and report any differences to the manager.
• Check product quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Process deliveries efficiently to meet targets while maintaining high customer‑service standards.
• Interact politely with delivery staff, handle queries and complaints, and refer complex issues to appropriate personnel.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with comfort meeting designated pick rates.
• Passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Reliability – be on time, presentable and consistently available.
