About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Property Inspector to join our Buckingham team. The role involves travelling to properties, meeting tenants and landlords, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for new tenancies to support smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
- Conduct mid‑term inspections to verify that properties remain in excellent condition.
- Document findings and communicate any issues to the management team.
- Provide friendly customer service during all tenant and landlord interactions.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys regular contact with customers and being on the road.
- No prior experience required, although previous inspection or property‑management experience is a plus.

- Part‑time schedule, Monday to Friday 9 am‑3 pm (flexible hours possible).
