Part‑time Property Manager (Residential)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to work part‑time, overseeing a small residential portfolio in Walkden. The role offers flexibility, with 25–30 hours per week and the chance to make a tangible impact for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs from initial report through to completion.
• Arrange routine inspections, prepare reports and handle tenancy renewals and rent reviews.
• Ensure compliance with gas safety, EPCs, electrical safety and other statutory requirements.
• Handle tenant enquiries, resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate records in the property management system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Good understanding of current lettings legislation.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive customer‑service mindset and ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (advantageous).
