Part‑time Pub Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a reliable part‑time Cleaner to join our award‑winning pub team in Witham. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring the pub is spotless and well‑maintained. The role offers flexible hours, around 8 hours per week, with a reliable hours contract.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the pub, including dining areas, restrooms and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Work under minimal supervision while following cleaning schedules and health‑safety guidelines.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests when required.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within allocated shifts.
• Support the wider pub team as a collaborative team player.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a clean environment.
• Friendly, professional attitude when dealing with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time‑management and organisational skills.
