Part‑time Retail Assistant (20 hrs/week)

About the role
Farmfoods is seeking a friendly and reliable retail assistant to join its Macclesfield store on a permanent part‑time basis. You will work a minimum of 20 hours across four days each week, covering a mix of shifts including weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and assist them in locating products.
- Operate tills efficiently, offering help with packing and ensuring a pleasant checkout experience.
- Handle deliveries, stock shelves and freezers, and maintain product presentation.
- Keep the shop clean, tidy and safe by following daily and weekly routines.
Required profile
- Positive, hard‑working attitude and enjoyment of a busy environment.
- Reliability and flexibility to cover shift variations when needed.
- Ability to work well within a small team and support colleagues.

- Hourly rate of £10.95 (ages 16‑20) or £12.81 (21+).
