Part‑time Retail Associate – TK Maxx

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time Retail Associates to join our TK Maxx store in Yeovil. In this role you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations while developing valuable retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions and handle returns accurately.
• Provide fitting‑room assistance and maintain fitting‑room organization.
• Support back‑room activities such as stock replenishment and merchandise presentation.
• Keep the sales floor clean, tidy and visually appealing.
• Participate in training and development programmes to build product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and deliver excellent service.
