About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join our Jenningsbet retail betting shop in Christchurch. The role involves providing friendly, accurate betting services to customers while helping to grow loyalty and shop atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Accept bets, settle them accurately and pay out winnings.
• Promote company campaigns and betting offers to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements.
• Ensure a safe, compliant working environment.
• Cover the Branch Manager’s duties when required.

Required profile

• Strong numeracy and cash‑handling abilities.
• Professional personal presentation and punctuality.
